Yogurt Brioche Bites
Ingredients:
300g of all-purpose flour
1 sachet of baker’s yeast
50g sugar
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 egg yolk (for glazing)
100g plain yogurt
50g melted butter
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add the eggs and yogurt, and knead the mixture until smooth and elastic.
Slowly incorporate the melted butter, continuing to knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest in a warm area for about 1.5 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Shape the dough into small balls and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the tops of the buns with the egg yolk and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
