π Ingredients
πΎ 1½ cups all-purpose flour
π¬ ¾ cup sugar
π§ ¼ tsp salt
π₯ 1½ tsp baking powder
π₯ ½ cup milk (room temperature)
π₯ 2 large eggs (room temperature)
π§ ½ cup butter, softened
πΌ 2 tsp vanilla extract

1️⃣ Cream butter & sugar until pale and fluffy π€
2️⃣ Add eggs one by one, then vanilla. Mix well
3️⃣ Sift flour, baking powder & salt π₯£
4️⃣ Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix gently
5️⃣ Fill cupcake liners ¾ full π§
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 18–22 min π₯
7️⃣ Cool completely before frosting ❄️
