(1) Chicken Puff
Ingredients
• 250 g cooked, shredded chicken
• 2 tbsp chopped onion
• 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic paste
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Mix chicken, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut puff pastry into squares.
4. Place chicken filling in the center.
5. Fold and seal edges.
6. Brush with beaten egg.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
8. Serve hot.
(2) Veggie Puff
Ingredients
• 2 cups boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1/2 cup peas
• 1/4 cup chopped carrot
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp garam masala
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Mix all vegetables with spices and salt.
3. Cut pastry sheets into squares.
4. Add vegetable filling in the center.
5. Fold and seal edges.
6. Brush with egg wash.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
8. Serve warm.
(3) Cheese Puff
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• Puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Mix cheeses, parsley, and garlic powder.
3. Cut puff pastry into squares.
4. Place cheese mixture in the center.
5. Fold and seal edges.
6. Brush with egg.
7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and golden.
8. Serve hot.
(4) Pizza Puff
Ingredients
• 2 tbsp pizza sauce
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1/4 cup cooked chicken or vegetables (optional)
• Puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Spread pizza sauce on pastry squares.
3. Add cheese and toppings.
4. Fold and seal edges.
5. Brush with egg wash.
6. Bake for 18–22 minutes.
7. Serve with ketchup or dip.
(5) Chocolate Puff
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate chips
• Puff pastry sheets
• 1 tsp sugar (optional)
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Cut pastry sheets into squares.
3. Add chocolate filling in the center.
4. Fold and seal edges.
5. Brush with egg and sprinkle sugar.
6. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
7. Serve warm.
(6) Sausage Puff
Ingredients
• 8 small sausages
• Puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg (for brushing)
• Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Cut pastry into strips.
3. Wrap each sausage with pastry.
4. Place seam side down on tray.
5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle pepper.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
7. Serve hot.
