Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skinless π
1 tablespoon olive oil π«
1 onion, finely chopped π§
4 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 bell pepper, chopped πΆ️
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk π₯₯
1/2 cup chicken broth π
1 teaspoon ground cumin π§π³
1 teaspoon ground coriander πΏ
1/2 teaspoon paprika πΆ️
1/2 teaspoon salt π§
1/4 teaspoon black pepper π§π³
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped πΏ
1 tablespoon lime juice π
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. π (Duration: 10 minutes)
