π₯ Mix Veg Fritters
π Ingredients
Grated carrot – 1 cup (120 g)
Grated cabbage – 1 cup (100 g)
Finely chopped onion – ½ cup (70 g)
Finely chopped capsicum – ¼ cup (30 g)
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (5 g)
Green chili (optional) – 1 tsp (5 g)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp (5 g)
Chickpea flour – ½ cup (60 g)
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp (16 g)
Red chili powder – ½ tsp (2 g)
Black pepper – ½ tsp (2 g)
Cumin powder – ½ tsp (2 g)
Salt – ¾ tsp (4 g)
Water – 2–3 tbsp (as needed)
Oil – for frying

Add all vegetables to a bowl and mix well.
Add chickpea flour, cornstarch, spices, salt, and ginger garlic paste.
Add water gradually to make a thick batter.
Heat oil on medium flame.
Fry spoonfuls until golden and crispy.
Drain and serve hot with your favorite dip.
