Ingredients:




1 pound ground chicken


1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1/2 cup breadcrumbs


1/4 cup finely chopped parsley


3 garlic cloves, minced


1 egg, beaten


1 tsp dried oregano


1/2 tsp salt


1/4 tsp black pepper


1/4 cup milk


2 tbsp olive oil


1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)




Instructions:




Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).


In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.


Add the milk to the mixture and combine thoroughly.


Shape the mixture into four mini loaves.


Place the mini loaves on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil.


Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).


If using, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the loaves during the last 5 minutes of baking to melt.
