π§π§ Garlic Butter Chicken Wings
π Ingredients:
Chicken wings – 1 kg
Butter (unsalted) – 80 g
Garlic (finely minced) – 2 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1½ tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
Salt – ¾ tsp (or to taste)
Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp (chopped, optional)
π©π³ Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
In a bowl, mix wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Arrange wings on a lined baking tray and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
In a pan, melt butter on low heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds (don’t brown).
Stir in soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
Toss hot wings in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot π₯
