Ingredients
White bread slices – 6 slices
Chicken breast (boiled or grilled, shredded) – 200 g | 1½ cups
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp | 60 g
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Lettuce leaves – 1 cup
Cucumber (thin sliced) – ½ cup
Cheese slices – 2–3 slices
Butter – 2 tbsp | 30 g
Method
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
Lightly butter the bread slices and toast until golden.
Place one toast slice, spread chicken mixture evenly.
Add lettuce, cucumber, and a cheese slice.
Cover with another toast slice and repeat layers if making a triple-layer club.
Finish with the final bread slice, press gently.
Cut diagonally into triangles.
Serve fresh with fries or chips.
