Cajun Turkey Avocado Wraps
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or turkey breast strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
2 ripe avocados, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
½ cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Optional Sauce
½ cup ranch dressing or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the turkey and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.
Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is fully cooked and nicely seasoned.
In a small bowl, mix the ranch (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, and Cajun seasoning to make the sauce.
Warm tortillas slightly so they’re easy to fold.
Layer lettuce, Cajun turkey, avocado slices, tomatoes, onions, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
Drizzle with the Cajun sauce.
Fold in the sides and roll into wraps. Slice in half and serve.
